Frequently Asked Questions

What the review covers, what you receive and who handles lodgement.

Do I need a completed application first?
Bring the application forms and supporting evidence you have prepared. This is a pre-lodgement review of your application, not application preparation or pathway planning.
What do I receive?
The standard review includes a lodgement-readiness assessment and consolidated recommendations and corrections, followed by one review after you make the recommended changes. The documents and questions covered are agreed before work starts.
Will you lodge the application or contact the Department?
The review service does not include preparation, lodgement or ongoing representation. If you need those services, we can discuss a separate Full Service engagement.
Can you guarantee the application is ready or will be granted?
No. A review identifies issues within the supplied material and agreed scope; it does not guarantee completeness, eligibility or an outcome. Tell us about changes or new information before you lodge.
How long does a review take?
Timing is confirmed after we understand the scope and receive the agreed material. Flag any lodgement or response deadline when you enquire. Do not assume a deadline has been accepted until confirmed in writing.

Atul Pandey

MARA Registered Migration Agent

Before I became a migration agent, I spent years working in tech and building my own business. That background shapes everything about how I work with my clients. I understand regulatory complexity, I'm comfortable with ambiguity, and I know what it's like to make high-stakes decisions without a clear roadmap. For the last 6 years I have been running a boutique migration practice focused on exceptional individuals and businesses across a wide range of subclasses - national innovation (858), employer-sponsored pathways (482, 494), regional visa streams (491), and permanent residence routes (189, 190, 186, 191). I'm particularly drawn to working with founders, engineers, researchers, and technologists pursuing Australia's talent-based pathways. Unconventional careers, non-linear work histories, entrepreneurial track records - this is territory I understand well, and I know how to present it compellingly to decision-makers. You'll work directly with me throughout your case. No handoffs, no junior staff managing your file while I'm elsewhere. If your path doesn't fit neatly into a box, that's fine - most of the interesting ones don't.
