A Hiring Plan Needs More Than a Visa Name.

The business, the position and the candidate each bring their own questions. Starting the paperwork before those questions are understood can leave you with gaps in evidence, unclear costs and a hiring timetable built on assumptions.

Know the Scope Before You Start.

We help you assess the proposed hire and organise the employer and applicant work into clearly defined stages.

Assess the business, role and candidate together

Identify evidence gaps and issues to resolve

Separate employer work from the worker’s visa application

Agree responsibilities, professional fees and next steps

Frequently Asked Questions

Published package fees, inclusions and additional costs for employer-sponsored applications.

Can you help a business that has never sponsored before?
Yes. Start by sharing your business background and proposed role. We assess the relevant pathway and whether sponsorship approval or nomination work is required. We do not assume every business or candidate is eligible.
Which employer-sponsored pathways can we discuss?
We can assess potential subclass 482, 186 and 494 matters within an agreed scope. The appropriate pathway depends on the business, position, candidate and applicable requirements. Labour agreements and DAMA matters require separate scoping.
Are sponsorship, nomination and visa work the same thing?
No. They are distinct steps where applicable: employer sponsorship or nomination relates to the business and position, while the worker makes the visa application. The required stages depend on the chosen pathway. See the linked Home Affairs guide for an overview.
What are the package fees?
All fees are AUD and include GST. Subclass 482: $6,600 for the New Sponsor Package (SBS + nomination + visa), or $5,500 for the Existing Sponsor Package (nomination + visa). Subclass 186 TRT: $5,500 for nomination + visa. Subclass 186 Direct Entry: $6,600 including assistance with one standard skills assessment for the primary applicant, nomination + visa; $5,500 for nomination + visa if a usable assessment is held. Subclass 494: $5,500 for nomination + visa with an approved sponsor, or $6,600 for new-sponsor SBS + nomination + visa. These are professional fees; government and third-party costs are additional.
Are government fees and other costs included?
No. Government charges, the SAF levy, assessing-authority fees, recruitment advertising and placement charges, and other third-party costs are additional. Complex assessments, including CDR preparation, are separately quoted. For subclass 494, RCB requirements and applicable skills assessments remain separate.
Are skills assessments and family members included?
The 186 Direct Entry $6,600 package includes professional assistance with one standard skills assessment for the primary applicant, but not the assessing authority’s fee. The $5,500 usable-assessment option does not include new assessment assistance. Eligible dependants in the same 482 or 186 visa application are included; separate applications are separately quoted. The 494 package does not promise assessment assistance or dependant inclusions; 494 scope is confirmed before engagement.
Can you manage multiple hires or ongoing obligations?
We can discuss several hires and quote the work for the identified matters. This offer is not an unlimited retainer or an ongoing compliance-management service. Tell us if you need additional work so it can be scoped separately.
Can you guarantee approval or a start date?
No. We confirm our own work schedule after scope review, but do not guarantee sponsorship approval, nomination approval, a visa grant or Department processing time. Tell us about hiring deadlines early so we can assess the plan.

MARA Registered Migration Agent

Before I became a migration agent, I spent years working in tech and building my own business. That background shapes everything about how I work with my clients. I understand regulatory complexity, I'm comfortable with ambiguity, and I know what it's like to make high-stakes decisions without a clear roadmap. For the last 6 years I have been running a boutique migration practice focused on exceptional individuals and businesses across a wide range of subclasses - national innovation (858), employer-sponsored pathways (482, 494), regional visa streams (491), and permanent residence routes (189, 190, 186, 191). I'm particularly drawn to working with founders, engineers, researchers, and technologists pursuing Australia's talent-based pathways. Unconventional careers, non-linear work histories, entrepreneurial track records - this is territory I understand well, and I know how to present it compellingly to decision-makers. You'll work directly with me throughout your case. No handoffs, no junior staff managing your file while I'm elsewhere. If your path doesn't fit neatly into a box, that's fine - most of the interesting ones don't.
