Relationship registration OR evidence of 12-month relationship (partner and some family visas)

If previously changed legal name

If lived in Australia > 12 months in last 10 years. Must be 'Complete Disclosure'

For ALL countries lived > 12 months in last 10 years (as requested in ImmiAccount)

If served in armed forces

We will tell you in ImmiAccount if health exams are required. Chest x‑ray commonly required for 11+ years and TB‑risk countries

Ticket to leave Australia within 72 hours and evidence of entry to next country
